WEATHER HOLD IN EFFECT:
Our winter weather holds are currently in effect for parts of the Northeastern and Upper-Midwest states, as well as Alaska, until at least March 31st.
All orders are shipped via standard ground services unless otherwise requested. Please note that ground shipping does not guarantee delivery dates, therefore during the holidays we recommend 2-Day or Overnight Air. Please call or email us if you need to specify a delivery date, have any special shipping instructions
All wine shipments must be received and signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. Shipping to a business address is recommended.
Additional shipping fees will be applied to shipments returned to the winery due to unsuccessful delivery.
Order confirmations and tracking informations are provided for all customers via email.
* Note: Orders to three-tier states, like MA, ship through legal wholesaler and retailer networks thus delivery will likely take up to three weeks.
** Alabama requires consumers to complete a Direct Import Authorization Form and send it to the winery at the time of each purchase. Please fax your completed form to (707) 255-6786 or email a scan to email@example.com. We cannot ship an order to Alabama until we receive the completed form.
Some states enforce shipping quantity limits. If these limits apply to your order, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (707) 255-2321 to resolve the issue and complete your order.

Returns and Exchanges
Orders may be modified or cancelled at any time prior to shipment. However, once orders are shipped, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Complimentary shipping offers apply only to first shipping attempts and are not valid for orders that require re-delivery.
